   Activities, well where to start...at Ahipara Tides we have an electric Golf Cart and golf clubs available for those golfers out there (only minutes via golf cart to Kaitaia Golf Club 90 Mile Beach Links). Mountain Bikes, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs and Beach Towels for your use.

   And in Ahipara itself?

We have, horse riding, quad bike hire and tours, Golf, Surfing (with teachers (surf School) available, Bike hire, Kayaks and Blow Karts.

As well as Surfing, Fishing, Swimming, collecting Tuatuas or strolling down the beach.

There is a restaurant (Bayview Restaurant) only minutes away by car, a local shop, Bidz Takeaways and Dairy, Gumdiggers Cafe, petrol station and a liquor outlet is also local.

Fishing Charters for those amazing snapper.  Further a field (Kaitaia and North) is a Glow Worm Nocturnal Park, a Vineyard Estate, the Amazing Ancient Kauri Kingdom, Gumdiggers Buried Kauri Forest, and further south a visit to the Hokianga Harbour and Waipoua Forest and Tane Mahuta a 2000 year old Giant Kauri Tree.

We are only 40 minutes to the beautiful east coast and 20 minutes to Kaitaia Airport  (Scenic Flights are available).
